The aim of a Chatty Bench is to reduce loneliness and isolation by providing an opportunity to have a sit down and a chat.

A new bench, funded by the Lions, has recently been installed outside St John's Centre and will be officially 'opened' during Coffee Break at 11am on 29 April 2025.

Anyone born or raised in Swalecliffe is encouraged to bring along photos and memories.  We hope you will come and join us and take time for a chat over a tea or coffee and cake.
